Our goal a beautiful smile. This can be achieved only if the brackets remain on your teeth. You do not need to modify your eating habits, you will however be asked to be careful with certain food. Some food types may damage or even dislocate brackets, rings or the arch wire. Incidents like this will increase the duration of your treatment!  A careful patient can have a balanced diet without causing damage to their braces.

Please notify us if your appliances loosen or break. Such an appliance is not effective and will prolong a treatment.
